Urological Associates, Tenant Improvement
Project Description
MEP was selected by the Urological Associates clinic to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for their new office at the Medical Center Point office complex, located in Colorado Springs, CO. The project included 7,000 SF of medical office space, with YOW Architects as the lead architect. MEP services were completed December of 2014.
Due to the age of this facility, the design team encountered a variety of existing conditions during their initial survey including varying ceiling heights throughout the 7,000 SF space. The medical office suite required replacement of (3) constant volume RTU’s, all new plumbing and complete LED lighting upgrades. The combination of the new systems and upgrading of the lights really brought this medical office to a completely new beautiful suite.
