MEP Services: We modified existing HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to welcome the new tavern. Design incorporated the mechanical system ductwork distribution into the aesthetic, fitting neatly into the Five Points area.

We made modifications to an existing retail space to make way for this new hip-hop bar without kitchen facilities. The exposed-brick and distressed wood night spot features music, a limited menu and art in an urban setting that draws an eclectic crowd looking for happy beats. We adapted existing HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to integrate with the new architectural plans and satisfy code requirements.
