The Platform at Union Station is a new mixed-use development in Downtown Denver, part of the redevelopment of the historical Union Station. The project is a 21 story multifamily residential apartment complex with a total of 288 dwelling units. The building incorporates approximately 6,500 square feet of retail space at grade level, three above-grade parking levels and two below-grade parking levels. The building also has a 14th-floor club room, conference room and pool deck. Platform’s fitness room is one floor higher on the 15th story. Leasing office is located on ground level.
