Mark Brown
As an MEP Associate and project manager, Mark provides a high level of plumbing and mechanical expertise to every project he is part of. His more than three decades of experience spans a broad range of project types, ranging from large-scale government, infrastructure, commercial and corporate work to residential, mixed-use, hospitality and education facilities. He is adept at assembling the right team for each project and ensuring that all design options are explored and the solutions thoroughly developed. Travis Middlebrooks
Travis joined the MEP team as an Electrical Project Engineer in November of 2012. Since that time, Travis has honed his design expertise, leading projects for clients ranging from multi-family development firms to educational institutions. He applies his extensive design knowledge to ensure that the right talent and design approach are brought to every project he leads. With a wide range of project specialties, Travis is passionate about translating his clients’ goals into a holistic design vision that is customized to serve their needs.

Tom Tarrant
Tom Tarrant joined the engineering team as a Mechanical Project Engineer in May 2013. Tom has over 30 years of experience in the AEC Industry, specializing in educational and medical facilities—he takes a great interest in both. Tom has shown great dedication to his craft as well as his fellow co-workers and became an Associate at MEP in 2021. Tom coordinates, produces and designs of all mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems including production of construction plans, system specifications and cost analyses while maintaining building code requirements. He provides valuable thought leadership and project management on every project team Tom is part of.

Grace Zaidan
Grace is a talented mechanical engineer, project manager, and leader. She values working in a collaborative environment with both her internal and external clients. Her creative vision for client and project needs are met with her ability to listen and communicate well with the project team. Grace has extensive mechanical and plumbing design experience in multi-family, high-rise, K-12, manufacturing, office, retail, restaurant, airport, hospitality, and other specialty project types. Grace continues to grow by expanding her experience in energy modeling and energy management.
Brian Clement
Brian joined the MEP team in February of 2012. Since then, he has worked in a wide variety of project types from corporate offices and government facilities to restaurants and medical office buildings. He strives to work with every client to ensure they receive the customized solution that best suits their needs. Brian has formed long-standing relationships with his clients, including architecture firms and building managers.
